Our Story
My journey in IT started back in high school, where I took night classes in A+, Server+, and Network+, along with HTML and programming courses. I was immediately drawn to the field, and right after high school, I took the leap and started my own IT business.
At first, my decision to start a business was driven by personal circumstances, but as I gained clients, I realized I had a real talent for solving IT problems. I was fascinated by the endless learning opportunities and the challenge of improving my skills every day. Over time, I also grew more interested in how businesses operate and how technology can support their success.
In the early days, my biggest challenge was being young and lacking experience and mentorship. To overcome this, I pursued additional education, including CCNA training from Cisco, and focused on self-development to better understand business operations. As a one-man business, I had to handle everything—from troubleshooting IT issues to managing the books. This gave me a deep appreciation for what business owners go through, from late nights to making payroll, and fueled my commitment to helping them stay up and running.
I started as a break-fix IT provider, stepping in when something went wrong—like an emergency room for technology. But as small businesses became prime targets for cyber threats due to outdated systems and weak security, I realized I needed to evolve. After a key sales presentation, I recognized that I had been providing managed IT services (MSP) without realizing it—without being paid for the full scope of work. This led me to formally transition into an MSP model, allowing me to proactively secure, manage, and optimize my clients’ IT environments.
Now, my work is no longer just an exchange of time for money—it’s about providing real solutions to real problems. Every challenge, even the tough ones, pushes me to improve, learn, and grow. Technology is constantly changing, and I’m committed to staying ahead of the curve so my clients can focus on what they do best—running and growing their businesses.
